Martin Liechti, professionally trained in Europe as a Master Pastry Chef, and Mark Florimonte certified by the American Culinary Federation as a Certified Executive Chef know what quality and freshness are all about. Both Chefs have knowledge and experience in the hotel and restaurant industry, and know what is expected by your guests. Everything is created daily without compromising standards or freshness.
